InsourceJobs, Inc. (IJI) is a Washington-based integrator, providing the nation’s only insourcing and career-creation-through-education services of its kind to create local jobs. Founded in 2003, IJI is comprised of educators and industry experts in the fields of healthcare, technology, finance, insurance, and real estate, dedicated to provide win-win solutions to the economy's pillars, namely the businesses, service providers, and training providers who benefit the workforce.
Insource /in-sors/ v.: A process by which entities send their training, hiring, and education-based marketing needs to local colleges and universities to create local jobs versus outsourcing jobs abroad.
How Insourcing Works:
- We enlist Businesses to insource its training, hiring, and education-based marketing needs for the program enrollees to work on and complete in class, on-site, and online.
- We work with Service Providers to support custom-designed curricula and programs offered at accredited colleges and universities to facilitate local business and job creation.
- We team up with Training Providers to co-develop and offer custom-designed curricula and programs for insourcing businesses, and receive/administer grants, provide CEU to graduates, and conduct pre/post evaluations.
- We strengthen the Workforce by offering program enrollees free training in our 90-day program specific to insourcing businesses' needs. Upon successful completion, displaced workers receive guaranteed job offers or contract work by the insourcing businesses.
